Rio de Janeiro

We spent a week in Rio de Janeiro. There, we met Vanessinha e Renata who are excellent friends from Tina.

On the picture, you can see us with Anna, a friend from Austria who is working sometimes in Rio. Each year, she spent Christmas with Tina´s family.

Then, you have the laguna of Rio and the jungle in the district of Sao Conrado where Anna lives.

On the two last pictures you can see the Rocinha in the back: the biggest favela of Latin America.

This blog is just to show you the new place where we are living.

For the moment, we are in Sao Paulo. 22 millions people are living in this megapole. It´s the third biggest city in the world after Mexico city and Tokyo.
You can see Diego, Tina´s brother and the 2 Rottweillers, "Tai" and "Morena".

Then, the house of Tina. A picture with the Grand parents. Finally, the famous Avenida Paulista in Sao Paulo.

Bonete

This is Bonete, on the Litoral North where the family has a house. It´s beautiful. There are tortles, dolfins etc.

You need a boat to get there as there is no road.

On the last picture, you can see two sisters of Tina.

Maua

This is Maua, in the interior of the state of Rio de Janeiro. You can see our friend Virgilio in his Bambu shop. It´s very green and wild. There is a couple of Toucans living close to the house. We are going to spend Christmas there...
